Our purpose is to reduce the infant mortality rates in our area and assures prenatal care by removing existing barriers to care. Services are offered in Princess Anne and Salisbury.

TLCCS is the primary provider of dental services to the tri-county area. We offer comprehensive dental services with the emphasis on prevention and restoration.

Services provided through the Adult Medicine departments are ambulatory care, referrals, arrangements for hospital admissions, and sub-specialty consultations.

We administer the most current technologies and treatments in caring for your child, while remaining sensitive to the emotional and psychological needs of children of all ages.

The comprehensive range of care includes initial evaluations; individual psychotherapy; counseling for couples, families, or groups; and treatment with psychiatric medications.

To assist patients obtaining medications, TLCCS, Inc started a retail pharmacy in Princess Anne, Maryland in January 2007. Since June 2006 TLCCS had a relationship and a stock of 340B medications in Delmarva Pharmacy.

Who We Are: We are constantly expanding our services to better serve our community. We work closely with other organizations to help provide total care for our patients, and to help eliminate the barriers to care. In our Princess Anne, MD facilities TLCCS offers health care in Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, OB/GYN, Mental Health and Dental. Our Salisbury facility offers Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, Mental Health and OB/GYN and our Pocomoke facility currently provides health care in Pediatrics and Adult Medicine. In January 2007 a new OB/GYN site was added at 223 Phillip Morris Drive, in July 2008 we added a new Adult Medicine site at 560 Riverside Drive Suite A204 in Salisbury, MD, in January 2009 we have added Dr. Steven Cooper's office at 106 Milford St., Ste. 501B in Salisbury, MD. In April 2009 we moved our Administrative Services to its new home in the Beaver Run Business Park in Salisbury.

The mission of TLCCS is to provide affordable, culturally competent patient and family centered healthcare, leading to individual and community wellness to residents of the three lower counties of the Eastern Shore of Maryland, regardless of their ability to pay.

The vision of TLCCS is to have a community that comes together in health, to eliminate the suffering of disease and social conditions of our neighbors by expanding service and decreasing disparities.
