Integrative Counseling is a State of Maryland Certified Substance Treatment Facility offering a broad range of educational and treatment services for adults and teens in a safe non-judgmental environment.

Certified Education and Treatment services that will either prepare you for court or fulfill Court Ordered requirements.

Certified Substance Abuse Education and Treatment services specialized for the needs of teens.

Substance Abuse Education and Treatment for Adults allowing clients to take back their life.

American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology Certified Psychiatrist and Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners on staff to provide medication management for mental health and substance dependence needs.

Educational, Psychological and Forensic/Legal testing. We can tailor the testing to meet your individual needs.

This program will help you learn to control your anger while meeting your personal or legal needs!

The director of Integrative Counseling, Mark Donovan, , has been serving Howard County Residents since 1995 and sits on the Howard County Connection Center, The Howard County Drug Abuse Advisory Boards, the Howard County Mental Heath Task Force and regularly presents for Howard County Drug Free.
