Welsh Mountain Health Centers is a community health center dedicated to offering the best in primary medical, dental and behavioral health services to the entire community that are both accessible and affordable. Since 1973, we have provided access and affordable care to the residents in the tri-county rural areas of Lancaster, Berks and Chester Counties. In 2010, we expanded services to downtown Lebanon and Lebanon County. We offer services to the Plain Community at our New Holland, PA sites.
