Crossroads Agency is an outpatient mental health and substance use disorder counseling agency dedicated to providing a wide range of services including individual and group counseling, couples and family counseling, psychopharmacology as well as Day Treatment.  Our mission is to provide the highest quality services to individuals in need, so that they may achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.  We strive to create an atmosphere that fosters recovery, hope, self-determination and personal growth for the individual served.  ï¿We are licensed by the Department of Public Health Bureau of Substance Abuse Services to provide substance abuse counseling as well as licensed by the Department of Health Care Quality to provide mental health counseling.
