Berks Community Health Center (BCHC) is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center that offers quality and affordable health care to all members of the community, regardless of their ability to pay. BCHC opened its doors on June 4, 2012 thanks to the dedication of many community leaders who worked together tirelessly to develop this health facility. We exist to serve, and it is our goal to provide a variety of services for your convenience. We look forward to being your medical home, because that means you will develop long-term relationships with your doctor or nurse practitioner, and the rest of the staff, to meet your health needs.

At BCHC, we are ready to provide comprehensive primary care for you and your entire family – from newborns to senior citizens and everyone in between! In addition, we aim to positively impact your lives and health through quality support services, health education and our outreach program. In collaboration with other community agencies, BCHC will be offering your family and the community health and wellness services such as high blood pressure screening, cardiac and diabetes screening and health literacy.
