Services range from residential substance use treatment for moms to counseling and clinical case management for children and families

Pre-release planning and drug education to those incarcerated and released from jails and psychiatric hospitals. Co-occuring disorder counseling, clinical case management, and drug testing

Co-occuring disorder treatment and clinical case management for adult men and women. Our Veteran Housing program helps low income and homeless Veteran and Veteran families

Testing, prevention and outreach are the cornerstone of these programs. Primary medical care and clinical case management can be offered on site

The new home for Project Pride opened their doors in 2012. The renovation/rehabilitation took just over 18 months and transformed the former single-room occupancy hotel into a thriving residential, co-occuring substance use and mental health treatment program for mothers and children.

Our Oakland holistic health programs are located along EBCRP’s continuum of care campus on San Pablo Avenue. They are all housed on a ground floor level, providing this location with great accessibility to our health related services.

EBCRP opened the Hayward office to serve Southern Alameda County residents in 1998. Co-occuring disorder treatment is available for adult, men and women involved with criminal justice systems, transitional age youth experiencing early symptoms of psychosis, and full scope mental health MediCal program for youth up to age 21.

Administration of all EBCRP programs are centralized in one location. Accounts receivable, payroll, human resources and other admin programs are located upstairs from the Oakland services location and along EBCRP’s continuum of care campus on San Pablo Ave.

EBCRP provides training for license track trainees as well as alcohol and drug certificate students. Students receive group and individual clinical supervision in each of their assigned treatment teams located at either the Oakland or Hayward sites.
