Interfaith Medical Center is a multi-site community teaching health care system which provides a wide range of medical, surgical, gynecological, dental, psychiatric, pediatric and other services throughout Central Brooklyn, New York. The institution operates a modernized 287 bed hospital facility along with a network of ambulatory care clinics stretching across the Central Brooklyn communities of Crown Heights and Bedford-Stuyvesant.

Each year Interfaith Medical Center serves over 250,000 patients, representing every racial, ethnic and national origin group in Central Brooklyn with the majority of people being Caribbean-Americans and African-Americans.

On April 22, 2016 the Interfaith Medical Center, Department of Dental Medicine will receive a focused site visit from the Commission of Dental Accreditation regarding the General Practice Residency. This site visits main purpose is to review the increase in the program?s enrollment from five to ten residents and to add a training site at the main hospital facility.

More than two-dozen employees from Interfaith Medical Center along with children in colorful costumes represented the hospital in this year's 47th annual West Indian American Day Parade and Carnival. Interfaith also sponsored The Bread & Roses Cultural Project's band in Saturday's Children's Parade
