Palmer Drug Abuse Program of Ventura County is a non-residential adolescent drug and alcohol abuse treatment program. Our mission is to ensure maximum recovery and healing for youth with drug and alcohol problems, provide support for their families, and prevent substance abuse for youth in high-risk environments.

PDAP’s goal is to reduce the number of teenagers in Ventura County who abuse alcohol and drugs; to intervene with youth most at risk of serious health, family and legal problems due to substance abuse; and to collaborate with other agencies in fostering healthy life-style choices by youth in bringing a broad range of services for youth and family into each community.

Education, individual and group counseling, support meetings for adolescent and young adult substance abusers and dissemination of educational materials and information on substance abuse to schools and the community at large.
