South Bay Human Service Center is a non-profit 501(c) 3 Organization, formed in 1974 to provide outpatient substance abuse treatment and other counseling services to the South Bay and surrounding communities.

We are dedicated to the promotion of better health, greater safety, and education of our clients. For over 35 years we have helped people who wish to recover from issues relating to substance abuse or emotional stress.

South Bay Human Service Center is certified by the State of California to provide outpatient substance abuse treatment to individuals, couples, familes and individuals sentenced under the substance abuse and crime prevention act.

For those who qualify, low cost counseling is available. Funded in part by Los Angeles County Public Health, Substance Abuse Prevention and Control

At South Bay Human Services we strive to partner with you through this difficult time and offer you the support you need. We offer flexible schedules and are conveniently located in Torrance, California.
