According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), addiction is a chronic, often relapsing brain disease that causes compulsive drug seeking and use, despite harmful consequences to the addicted individual and to those around him or her. Addiction is costly to everyone, NIDA estimates the total overall costs of substance abuse in the United States exceed $600 billion annually.

THE CENTER FOR THE TREATMENT OF ADDICTION INC. provides a safe haven for both adults and children who are in need of our services. We provide a detailed one on one evaluation, to ensure your needs will be met. We are an Out-Patient Counseling Facility. We encourage all walks of life to take the opportunity to about our company and feel comfortable enough to admit when help is needed. We see everyone as equal, and enjoy helping those who come into our office voluntarily or involuntarily. Whatever the cause may be, when you come our way, we guarantee we will provide a service that will be life changing.

NIDA performed field research, which shows addiction treatment with behavioral therapy is the best way to ensure success for most patients. Treatment approaches that are tailored to each patient’s drug abuse patterns and any co-occurring medical, psychiatric, and social problems can lead to sustained recovery and a life without drug abuse.
