Western was established in 1986 to provide quality outpatient behavioral health services, Chemical Dependency services, EAP services and Psychiatric services that promote a positive outcome.

We are pleased to announce that Optum, who manages United and Providence Health Plans behavioral health benefits, has identified Western as an Achievements in Clinical Excellence clinic. This award reflects "outstanding work" for "both effective and efficient care" as measured by Optum's outcomes system. This reflects Western's high value in promoting positive outcomes for people seeking our care.

Western is implementing a client portal for existing clients! This portal provides access to certain clinical information including medications, requests to change or cancel appointments, view statements or balances, and more. We will soon include a way to securely pay for co-pays and other balances. Sign up for the portal (which is part of our NextGen electronic health record system) is coming shortly.
