Seadrunar is a long-term residential drug and alcohol treatment facility offering new hope and a fresh start in life to men and women struggling with addiction.

Founded in 1968, Seadrunar was the first drug treatment facility in the Northwest, and remains one of the most effective today, providing long term, intensive behavior modification addiction treatment services in a therapeutic community to more than 8,000 clients over the last four decades.

At Seadrunar’s Seattle facilities, men, women, and their children find a safe haven and the support they need. In addition to a residential treatment center with a home-like feeling, Seadrunar includes a nurturing childcare center for clients entering the program with their children.  There is a beautiful park next door with walking trails and a basketball court, and for the children, an elementary school is right across the street.

Seadrunar also offers a unique opportunity to learn supervisory and general job skills and responsibilities at its own Seadrunar Recycling business, which was established in 1979 to provide clients with a work therapy environment.
