Alcohol and other drug abuse is never the whole problem, but we've learned that little progress on the other issues is actually made until the use and abuse stops. Many problems decrease or subside when the alcohol/other drug use stops.

The overall goal of the treatment process is to reach a level where Recovery is simply one facet of a richly faceted personality. The patient learns to move freely and responsibly in and out of any circle of people whether alcohol

and /or drugs are involved or not and to be very comfortable with abstaining, 

Our Philosophy is that not everyone with Alcohol/Other Drug related difficulties has a Substance Use Disorder.

A New Spirit Recovery Program, Inc. provides appropriate services and/or referral to alcohol and other drug abusers and their significant others. Substance Abuse Disorder is a primary illness rather than a derivative or secondary illness, The individual has an illness and should be responded to with dignity as a worthy person in need of treatment.  S.U.D. is usually progressive in its effects, leading to increasingly undesirable consequences for the practicing person and his or her significant others.  

Our purpose is to identify Substance Use Disorder Problems and provide education, support and monitoring, to best arrest and deal with Substance Use Disorders.  We are aware not everyone that comes for an Assessment/Evaluation has a Substance Use Disorder problem.  

We also provide services for family members of individuals with Substance Use Disorders and/or other substance related difficulties as requested.We also are able to provide information to the community, business and industry, in addressing; Substance Use Disorders, alcohol/other drug abuse, and resources available in addressing these issues.

A New Spirit Recovery Program will be closed September 5th, in observance of the Labor Day holiday. Group sessions will meet as scheduled.

We have a family program for those couples enrolled in our Treatment Program wishing to utilize this service. 

We accept most public and private insurance plans. We also offer special pricing for cash-paying patients for most procedures.

All new patients receive a one-hour consult with a counselor to establish a personalized care plan.

Monday - Thursday: 9:00am to 6:00 pm

Friday: 10:00am to 3:00pm

Saturday and Sunday: Closed

We are a staff of Chemical Dependency Professionals that base our success on our patients' long-term health and Recovery.  

We believe in personalized care based on your Recovery needs and  concerns. 

We typically have same-day appointment availability.
