Welcome to Motivations. Washington State Certified Alcohol and Drug Outpatient Counseling Center in Woodinville.  

Central Location with Easy Freeway Access:

Counseling at Motivations is done in a comfortable, professional, confidential outpatient setting with no metal folding chairs or stale coffee. Motivations does not use educational videos at any time. Group counseling, led by James Fouts, is limited to 12 persons or less to ensure individual attention and participation. You will be treated with respect.

We are conveniently located just 1 mile East of I-405 just 4 blocks off 522 in Woodinville. Our location is central to many communities via major freeways and bus routes. Clients find our location quick to get to from Everett, Monroe, Lynnwood, Mountlake Terrace, Bothell, Shoreline, Seattle, Kirkland, Redmond and Bellevue.

Alcohol/Drug Evaluations (assessments):  For DUI and other legal problems in and out of Washington State, self-referrals with no legal problems, Department of Licensing issues, etc.

Deferred Prosecution programsIntensive outpatient groups

Weekly follow-up aftercare groups

Relapse programs (of varying lengths)

Alcohol/drug abuse and early intervention programs

Programs can be customized for persons self-referred
