Are you looking for a family provider who gets to know you and provides your health care over the long term? Maybe you need a specialist for a new or long-standing complaint? Finding the right provider from the start helps save time and inconvenience.

We serve over 141,500 people across 19 medical clinics, 10 dental clinics and 57 programs in two states. Beyond medical care, we offer dental, orthodontia, nutritional counseling, autism screening and behavioral health. We have a wide range of specialist health providers ready to help.

We accept Medicaid, Medicare and most private health plans. Check with your local clinic if you have questions about your specific insurance coverage.

We are committed to making health care affordable and providing care regardless of citizenship or financial status. We offer a variety of special programs including a sliding fee discount for uninsured patients who meet income guidelines.
