In Balance Ranch Academy is a 12-Step, Positive Peer Culture based therapeutic boarding school founded in 2004 for boys 13-17yo dealing with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Located in the beautiful Sonoran Desert south of Tucson, AZ.

Transitional Living is an aftercare program located in Central Tucson, AZ designed for 18-23yo males in recovery from alcohol or drugs. 12-Step based with a heavy therapeutic component, it is the perfect next step.

The Sober Living Experience is designed for young adults and adults who want to use their independence and recovery tools in real life situations with In Balance there to guide and support. Located near the University of Arizona, the houses are perfect for college students or young professionals.

In Balance Intensive Outpatient Program has been serving the people of Tucson, AZ since 1996. IOP serves adolescents and adults dealing with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

A family owned company serving the people of Arizona and families all over the world since 1996. In Balance Continuum of Care is run by CEO/Owner Patrick J. Barrasso, LCSW and his wife Admissions Director/Owner Betsy Barrasso.

Patrick opened In Balance Outpatient Program in 1996 with one goal in mind; the chance at sustainable recovery for every client who walks through his door. This mission inspired Patrick to open In Balance Ranch Academy, In Balance Transitional Living and In Balance Sober Living to continue helping people achieve sustainable recovery.
