De Novo – It means a fresh start from the beginning. It is what we do. We work with patients who seek our assistance to get a fresh start in Salt Lake City, UT. Our rehab clinic provides addiction treatment to help our patients reclaim a normal life as they define “normal.”

Many addictions that are most difficult to overcome have an underlying psychiatric disorder that when treated makes the addiction much easier to quit.

In recognition of this fact, De Novo will be providing a dual diagnosis track to help treat both addiction and the underlying psychiatric disorders. Patients must be referred by their counselor to qualify for this track. Cost for this track will be an additional $15 a month. This additional fee will provide access to mental health oriented groups, our psychiatrist and master’s level therapists. Participation in the dual diagnosis track will be strictly voluntary and patients may withdraw from this track at any time.

We offer individual and group counseling for all addictions. Where we believe it would be helpful we offer medication assisted treatment such as Campral or ReVia/Naltrexone for alcohol dependence, Wellbutrin or Chantix for nicotine dependence, and Suboxone/buprenorphine or methadone for opioid (narcotic) dependence.

Reclaim a normal life – as you define normal. We are licensed by the State of Utah Department of Human Services, the State of Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing, the city of South Salt Lake City, and The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). We have three year accreditation from the Council on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). We offer one hour of free, no-obligation consultation. If, after visiting with us you feel that we are not the right choice for your treatment we will provide referrals for other treatment providers and will not charge for the consultation. Call us to schedule an appointment or to learn about rehabilitation intakes.

We are providing counseling evening hours Monday-Thursday from 5 PM- 8 PM and can make arrangements as needed for evening medication dispensing and intakes.If odd work hours or other obligations have prevented you from seeking and maintaining treatment, this may be a solution! At the present time we don't have any

 evening patients. If you need evening dosing we will need to bring in a nurse especially for you, which we are willing to do, but there may be a small additional fee for doing so until we get enough evening patients to make this service self-sustaining.
