Individuals convicted of Driving Under the Influence (DUI or BAC – per se), Misdemeanor Dangerous Drugs (MDD), Underage Drinking and Driving (UDD -.02 violations) are required by Montana Law to complete an ACT Program.

The MIP Program offered through Gateway Community Services is designed for youth under the age of 21 who have received a first or subsequent MIP charge. The MIP program is an educational program designed to enlighten youth and their parents.

Gateway’s commitment to successful treatment and on-going recovery is to interrupt destructive behavior patterns. Gateway’s goal is to help achieve a better understanding of the problem and assist our clients in finding solutions.

The Substance Abuse Group (SAG) is an early intervention service that is designed for specific individuals who, for a specific reason, are at risk of developing substance-related or addictive behavior problems.
