Four Winds Recovery Center is a private, non-profit providing treatment services for adults struggling with substance use including co-occurring mental health disorders.  We offer three distinct levels of care:  residential treatment, intensive outpatient treatment, and outpatient aftercare.  Four Winds Recovery Center has been providing quality addiction treatment since 1979.

Four Winds Recovery Center serves adults from San Juan County, the neighboring Navajo Nation, communities throughout the state of New Mexico as well as Four Corners area.

Office: Monday through Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm

Residential Treatment: 24hrs/day

IOP:  Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday – 5:30pm to 8:30pm

Aftercare:  Thursday 5:30pm to 7:00pm

Treatment Cost and Payment Options

Treatment costs are determined by a number of factors including income, household size, and residency.
