Welcome! My name is Angela Saliba and I would like to introduce myself as the Executive Director of Ocean Medical Services. Our experienced team of clinicians and medical staff understand the effects of opioid addiction. We seek to support individuals through the recovery process and empower them to meet their goals while providing a warm, compassionate environment. Opioid addiction is difficult. At Pinnacle, our proven treatment combats your struggle.  Our Medication Assisted Treatment Programs and team of trained professionals put you on the path to recovery.

Methadone is most successful in combination with both individual and group therapy. The work with an individual therapist enables you to understand your drug addiction.

We will answer all questions, such as: Do we accept your insurance? Do we offer the kind of treatment that you seek? How long does treatment take? What can I expect? We are here to help to overcome your addiction.

Individual therapy is a safe and confidential environment.  Therapy sessions provide strategies to confront addiction.  This includes coping mechanisms and life skills to prevent relapse.

Our group therapy offers a wealth of benefits, including the ability to express your fears and hopes in a judgment free environment. You will be among people who face similar difficulties. Together, the team supports and encourages one another.

The Pinnacle outpatient treatment program is an easy option when suffering with addiction. Our outpatient programs utilize highly trained staff to work with the client. In Pinnacle outpatient programs, you will have your own individual therapist as well as the opportunity to participate in groups.
