Partnering to improve quality of life as a nonprofit organization dedicated to mental health and wellness
Mental Health Partners is excited to congratulate MHP’s Heidy Lozano, one of our CARE Specialists at the Front Desk in our Iris location, for her awesome WIN of the women’s division of the Colfax Marathon! With a time of 3:10:41, Heidy surprised herself by winning the marathon that started and ended in Denver’s City Park.
The Transitional Residential Treatment (TRT) program supports clients moving out of addiction and back to a life of stability, employment, healthy relationships and a dedicated community. One client shares her unique story of challenge, growth, and bright looking future.
