Center For Change, LLC is a drug, alcohol, and domestic violence treatment facility which is licensed and approved by the State of Colorado Office of Behavioral Health, Department of Human Services, and the State of Colorado Domestic Violence Offender Management Board (DVOMB). We provide drug and alcohol education and therapeutic groups which are prescribed by statute and regulation, in an outpatient setting for persons convicted of DWAI (driving while ability impaired), DUI (driving under the influence), and DV (domestic violence). We also provide anger management, cognitive restructuring, and relapse prevention groups. Individual Therapy is available as well. We gladly accept Medicaid, Cash, Check, MasterCard, VISA, and Discover for payment.Please note: Medicaid does not cover all services.

For most cases Level II Education is the first step. Level II Education is composed of twelve, two hour classes. You are only permitted to take one class per week. We have classes available at all locations. Please call any office for schedule or more information.

The second step for most cases is Level II Therapy. The amount you are required to complete depends on many factors, including prior offenses, and BAC at the time of arrest. Please call any office for schedule or more information.

We offer Domestic Violence classes at all locations as well. Please call any office for schedule and information.

UA's are available at all locations. However due to staff limitations please call ahead to make sure a staff member of your gender is available at that location.
