By applying complementary therapeutic approaches and techniques, I will guide and facilitate you unearthing long-standing negative perceptions, as well as old patterns of thinking and behavior, that stop you from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.  You may need to explore and release painful experiences and behavioral patterns that  inhibit your capacity to experience joy.  Or, you may want support in exploring spiritual connections in a non-judgmental safe environment.
