MI is Evidence-BasedMotivational Interviewing is "a collaborative person-centered form of guiding to elicit and strengthen motivation for change." Originally used in substance abuse disorders, MI has be found effective in reducing problem behaviors in promoting healthy behaviors and adherence to treatment in chronic illness. 

We are reliable professionals with two decades of experience working with clients in areas of counseling, and psychotherapy. We provide behavioral evaluations for substance abuse, domestic violence, and anger. We utilize reflexive listening skills with motivational interviewing and client a centered approach when working with clients in order to address their needs through innovative solutions.

We provide mental and behavioral therapy for individuals who may have experienced issues of trauma, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, addiction, domestic violence, and anger.  We offer assessments, evaluations, and individual therapy sessions by appointment only. We have scheduled group therapy sessions for men and for women.  And in addition, we offer one-day early educational class .
