There is a difference in care between a facility that can work with offsite treatment sources and one who is onsite capable of facilitating care for the level of treatment they are certified to give. A true Dual Diagnosis capable facility that is licensed through the ODMHSAS, will be regulated through Chapter 18 Title 450 (OAC).

Effective November 1, 2015, any applicant for certification by the ODMHSAS, either initial or renewing, is subject to revisions in Oklahoma Administrative Code (OAC) at Title 450. Note that revisions were made to Chapters 1, 17, 18, 23, 24, 27, 50, 55, and 65. These revisions were promulgated on September 15, 2015, and will be implemented on November 1, 2015.
