Welcome to the ORTCA website. We are a medication assisted outpatient treatment clinic for opioid dependency. ORTCA has been serving the needs of opioid dependent patients of central Louisiana since 2001. We are licensed by the State of Louisiana and accredited by CARF. This site is intended to provide information for our current patients, as well as any guests interested in learning more about the disease of opioid dependency and the treatment options available through this clinic.IMPORTANT NOTICE
