Muskogee County Council of Youth Services addresses societal problems which directly affect the lives and wellbeing of the youth and families in the communities that we serve and to provide counseling, prevention, treatment services and to network with local agencies in order to empower youth and families to develop adequate coping mechanisms to solve current or future problems through special programs.

Desired results of our agency include a greater public awareness of the problems faced by youth and families in our community to enhance the quality of life of the people we serve.
