Welcome to CABUN Rural Health Services. We are a Federally Qualified Health Center offering comprehensive primary medical and dental care to the people of 12 counties in southern and southwestern Arkansas since 1978. We offer subsidized care to those who can least afford healthcare.

As part of your community, CABUN provides valuable services to help those in need, including case management, medication assistance, transportation, referral services and educational programs. We believe that all people should have access to the best quality medical and dental care, so we offer discounted fees on a sliding scale based on your income. Although not a free clinic, we accept patients regardless of their ability to pay. We accept Medicaid and Medicare and file claims on your behalf.
