Greenpath International Inc. is a licensed privately owned non-profit 501 (C)(3) Substance Use Addiction/Mental Health Treatment Organization and has been in operation since 2004.   Greenpath was established as a result of the owner's increased awareness of the need for substance use rehabilitation services and mental health services in the  New Orleans community.

Greenpath is accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA) to provide Mental Health Care Services, Substance Use Treatment Services, and Counseling Support/Education Services.  To about COA accreditation services, please visit www.COAnet.org

Greenpath is an NHSC approved site for qualifying licensed mental health practitioners to participate in their loan repayment program.

Greenpath is also licensed by the Department of Health and Hospitals (DHH) for the provision of Substance Use Treatment Services.

Our mission is to provide holistic, reliable counseling, substance abuse rehabilitation, and mental health treatment with enthusiasm and compassion. We are committed to creating a drug-free, crime-free environment for youth and adults of all ages. Greenpath's programs focus upon bridging the gap between the lost values of our youth and adults via services provided. We are experienced professionals committed to excellence and dedicated to each client's individual success.

The main purpose of Greenpath's treatment programs is to identify the services component(s) of our clients' chemical dependencies and/or other related mental health issues. Addiction is a disease that needs the community's attention. This program provides individualized treatment addressing alcoholism, substance use, and other addiction problems in New Orleans and its surrounding areas. Greenpath's credentialed professionals also look into strategies that gives clients opportunities to maximize the individual's potential for success in becoming self-sufficient, gainfully employed, and reducing recidivism.

Greenpath is dedicated to upholding the highest standards of care in its substance use addiction/rehabilitation and mental health services, including delivery of treatment services consistent with regulatory guidelines and commitment to the individual's fullest recovery.  Furthermore, we have been providing assistance through training, in order to develop functional skills and links to available community resources for attaining our goals.  Greenpath is committed to creating a drug-free and crime-free environment.

The overriding treatment philosophy of Greenpath hinges upon consistent quality service provision that impacts positively on clients’ lives, ushering desirable changes. This philosophy is driven by the dual principles of timeliness of service and helpfulness of service which ensure major outcome in achieving the desired objectives in clients, while simultaneously promoting confidentiality of client information. Greenpath’s approach to providing services is to explore mechanisms for continuous quality improvements to clients that are congruent with best practices, professional ethics, and all applicable local, state and federal regulations. The institution of periodic self-evaluation or appraisal through performance analysis based on outcome management principles ensures that our program objectives are not derailed but kept on course towards actualization of high quality standard with concomitant salutary effects on clients.
