Phoenix House’s Brentwood Outpatient Program provides substance abuse treatment and support services for both teens and adults. Services include: individual, group, IOP and family counseling; medical assessment; psychiatric evaluation; and case management. Each client receives a comprehensive assessment and a customized treatment program specifically tailored to meet his or her unique needs. Our goal is to enable clients to address and overcome their addiction while living at home and remaining active in their community and workplace.

Clients who have served in the military, and their family members, can receive specialized outpatient substance abuse and mental health treatment services tailored to their unique needs, at our Military Services Program. This Program also incorporates non-clinical services, such as monthly seminars on veteran benefits, provided by the local Veteran Service Agency, as well as vocational/educational counseling.

Most major insurance plans and all major credit cards are accepted.

Our treatment philosophy is based on the understanding that addiction is a chronic disease. Individuals suffering from substance use disorders deserve evidence-based treatment in settings that offer privacy and dignity.

Our experienced staff is skilled at working with all types of insurance providers to help you access the treatment you need. Phoenix House is an in-network provider for most major insurance carriers, managed care programs, and Medicaid.

Phoenix House New York offers short-term and long-term residential, intensive outpatient, and general outpatient treatment. Our adult outpatient services are a comprehensive array of substance abuse and mental health programs--all using evidence-based practices--delivered in safe, supportive, CARF-accredited settings. More Details

We provide outpatient and residential substance abuse and mental health treatment for military personnel, veterans, and their family members.

We offer group and individual counseling sessions three hours a day, for a minimum of nine hours a week.

This program provides individual and group counseling for Spanish-speaking clients.

Music is a form of therapy, and our clients love expressing themselves through original songs.
