The mission of Cognitive Development Center is to promote positive growth for children, adolescents, and adults.  Our compassionate team of professionals ensures prompt assessment, intervention, and support by empowering our consumers to achieve a higher quality of life.  Our goal is to provide services in the least restrictive environment while respecting diversity and individual values.
