Welcome to our website, which I hope you will use as a trusted resource to get to know the services we offer within our communities. NEDHSA provides services and treatment to people diagnosed with major mental illnesses, developmental disabilities and addictive disorders throughout 12 parishes in northeastern Louisiana: Caldwell, East Carroll, Franklin, Jackson, Lincoln, Madison, Morehouse, Ouachita, Richland, Tensas, Union and West Carroll.

NE Delta HSA directs and manages the operation of community-based programs to improve the quality of life of people with major mental illnesses, addictive disorders and developmental disabilities. We are devoted to deliver programs and services that encourage people to reach their true human potential. Three tenets guide all of our actions: excellent customer service, greater access to services, and quality, competent care.

NE Delta HSA serves as a catalyst for individuals with mental health, developmental disabilities, and addictive disorders to build a more unified Northeastern Louisiana, where people are thriving each day with hope and integrity. Our philosophy is to demonstrate that we understand citizens’ concerns, and focus on commonalities rather than differences. We strive to unify around opportunities and we co-advocate for people to engage.
