 It is the mission of Recovery Centers of Arkansas to enable individuals to live free from the abuse of alcohol and/or drugs by providing treatment programming and other professional services within an atmosphere of dignity and respect.

Recovery Centers of Arkansas is licensed by the Arkansas Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Behavioral Health, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention. It is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) for alcohol and drug services in the areas of residential treatment, outpatient treatment, and community housing.

For the impaired professional, the more up-scale accomodations and the privacy of the Oasis Renewal Center is often more appealing with its log cabin cottages, main lodge, private dining facilities and scenic walking trails threading through three pristine lakes. RCA participates in the Arkansas Highway Transportation Program Section 5310 and has vehicle transportation from its facility in North Little Rock to Fort Roots and is in compliance with Title VI of the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) published on October 1, 2012 which states, "No person shall, on the grounds of race, color, or national origin, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity."
