Our Adult DBT Programs provide comprehensive therapy and skills that help individuals decrease symptoms and maintain safety.

Our Adolescent DBT Program provides comprehensive therapy and skills that help teenagers ages 14 to 18.

Our Early Adolescent DBT Program provides comprehensive therapy and skills that help teenagers ages 12 to 14.

Our Horizons program offers modified DBT skills for developmentally-disabled and mentally-ill (DD/MI) clients.

Thrive is an intensive outpatient treatment program that helps people with co-occurring mental health disorders and chronic pain.

Our Vision of Wellness Program helps clients with Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, and other psychotic disorders.

Individual therapy through MHS is designed to promote mindfulness, healthy relationships, and improve the overall well-being of our clients.

Our IDD program offers MI/CD treatment that teaches skills that help individuals improve mental health, decrease substance use, and to build more satisfying relationships and lives.

MHS is a member of the Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC) to provide training to doctoral interns, and provides numerous practicum opportunities for graduate students of social work, counseling, and psychology.
