You are invited to choose a primary care provider from our highly-qualified staff who will lead a medical team to work with you on common goals to improve your health. Welcome to your medical home!

Providing an extraordinary quality of care for our patients in a safe and efficient manner while focusing on continually improving our quality of care and our efficiency.

As stewards of health care funding for the medically underserved, we will maintain the highest level of integrity as we execute our responsibilities to the citizens of Brevard County.

Providing a remarkable experience for every patient, every time.

The mission of The Brevard Health Alliance, Inc. is to improve the health status of Brevard County’s medically underserved populations by providing an extraordinary quality of service and care in the areas of primary health care, dental health care, mental health care, preventive services, and educational services.

We will follow the health care needs of our target population, and design culturally sensitive programs to address those needs.

We work with existing providers in our community to coordinate service to our patients.

We work toward quality improvement in all areas of our clinical operations. We are committed to patient satisfaction and ask our patients to measure our performance.

We are committed to the success and satisfaction of our team members, and to create an environment in which we can serve our patients with the highest level of professionalism.

We understand our responsibility to our community, to those organizations, and to the entities that support BHA.

These objectives will be accomplished through the leadership provided by a board of directors that fully represents the populations we serve. This is accomplished both through user representation and through participation by dedicated professionals representing various disciplines that will enable our success.

Our physicians and nurse practitioners focus on the whole person, working with you to prevent health problems and reduce health risks. We offer ongoing care of chronic problems, health screening, treat a wide range of medical issues, and coordinate care with other medical professionals.

Our team of board certified pediatricians is assisted by nurse educators, resource specialists, and child psychologists to ensure every child’s unique needs are addressed. From newborns to teens, our pediatrics team is here to provide extraordinary encounters for both experienced and first-time parents. We offer well visits, immunizations, school and sports physicals, and guidance for parents.

Oral Health is located at BHA Sarno Clinic and BHA Barton Clinic, as well as on our Mobile Health Unit. We offer comprehensive preventative and restorative dental care for children at both locations. Adult dental services are preventative with limited restorative care, as well as emergency access. Dental services are available to our patients currently established with a BHA Primary Care Provider.

Our model of Integrated Behavioral Health allows for psychologists and resource specialists to be available during patient medical visits if necessary. Our Behavioral Health department includes individual and group therapy sessions for: weight management, ADHD, behavioral problems in childhood, anger management, insomnia, stress management, depression, anxiety, chronic-illness management, and other conditions. Our professional team includes Adult and Pediatric Psychologists, Doctoral Psychology Students, and Psychiatrists available for TelePsychiatry services.

Our Mobile Health Units provide medical and dental care to citizens at various locations throughout Brevard County.

Our Resource Specialists are available to all patients and are dedicated to reducing barriers in the journey toward maximum health. Resource Specialists assist with obtaining referrals and community resources, assessing eligibility for public benefits, and coordinating care and follow-up.

We assist our patients in qualifying for free medications through pharmaceutical companies using a variety of medication assistance programs.
