HASP has four locations. The main office is located at 106 S. Main Street in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.  There is also a part-time office at 250 Maple Street in Greenville, Missouri in the Henderson Business Complex which is across the street from the Wayne County Courthouse, 129 E. Main Street; Fredericktown, MO 63645 and 70 S. Third Street Ste. Genevieve, MO 63670
