EMASS is a privately owned company founded in 1991 by CEO and President, Michael L. Smith. We provide a variety of services to the Courts, Criminal Justice System and individuals who are dealing with behavioral problems related to substance abuse, anger, or other legal issues. With a Corporate Office in Saint Charles County and satellite offices in seven different counties, EMASS attempts to offer premier programs to those who need them the most.
