The New Horizons staff is dedicated to improving the quality of life for our clients and their families by addressing chemical dependency issues in a confidential and caring manner through prevention, assessment, and comprehensive outpatient treatment services. 

New Horizons, a department of Trinity Muscatine, has been providing chemical dependency services in Muscatine since 1985. We have grown from one counselor to eleven full-time staff, which includes two prevention specialists.

All services are offered for Spanish-speaking clients. Please indicate the need for an interpreter when requesting services.

We have a counselor on-call 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.

If you have an emergency and need to speak with a counselor, call our office at 563-264-9409 or 563-264-9100 and the switchboard operator will notify the on-call counselor to return your call. 

If you feel you cannot wait for a return call, you may go to the emergency room at Trinity Muscatine.
