Eagle View Community Health System, Inc., is a not-for-profit provider of community health care services (medical and dental) with the primary location and administrative offices in Oquawka, IL. Eagle View has operated a clinic in Oquawka since 1979, and a clinic in Stronghurst, IL since 2000. Both clinic locations offer both dental and medical care for everyone.

Eagle View’s primary market area includes Henderson, Warren, and Mercer Counties. Eagle View is funded by revenues generated from services rendered, a federal grant, local fundraising and other grants as applicable.

The physicians, dentists and staff of Eagle View Community Health System believe everyone should have access to quality, affordable medical and dental care regardless of income levels. Eagle View accepts Medicare, Medicaid and most insurance providers. Sliding fee discounts are available based on family size and income. Eagle View offers a full range of primary medical and dental care services. Our primary medical care services include school, sports and DOT physicals, immunizations and treatment for chronic and acute illnesses. Our primary dental care services include adult and child cleanings, fillings, extractions, dentures, fluoride treatments, and dental sealants.

While we strive to keep the cost of our services low, our physicians, dentists and other medical personnel offer the highest quality of care possible. All of our staff members believe quality medical and dental services should be affordable and available to all.

So whether you visit our Oquawka or Stronghurst locations, you'll find one thing in common: great providers and dentists offering high-quality care in a compassionate manner.
