JACOA stands as a point of light for those struggling with the disease of alcohol and drug addiction in Tennessee. We embrace a vision to provide state of the art addiction medicine treatment that is capable of providing a full spectrum of care and services to our clients and the community. With the tools of addiction treatment, early intervention, prevention and education, we offer hope to the individuals and families impacted by this disease. JACOA is a nonprofit organization that is licensed by the State of Tennessee, Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and is funded in part by the United Way,  the local city and county governments that we serve,  the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Tennessee Governor’s Highway Safety Office.
