JCCEO's innovative leader, Executive Director Marquita F. Davis, Ph.D. (right), is accompanied by (from left) Dr. Blanca Enriquez, Director of the Office of Head Start, Washington, DC; The Honorable Congresswoman Terri Sewell, Alabama's 7th Congressional District Representative; and Mr. Bob Bialas, Program Manager of Head Start Regional (Region IV) Program Unit, Atlanta, GA.  The assembled experts joined as a united front in October 2015, at JCCEO Headquarters, to discuss the future of Head Start programs and strategies to enhance them.

JCCEO Head Start is recruiting for income-eligible families with children who will be 3 or 4 years old by September 1, 2016.
