Welcome to Rural Health, Inc., a private, not-for-profit organization, committed to providing quality medical, dental, and psychiatry care to residents of the area.

The Rural Health team of administrators, physicians, nurse practitioners, dentists, dental hygienists, physician assistants, nurses, health educators, and support staff are dedicated to caring for our patients with respect, dignity, and confidentiality.

There are no income, age, or residency requirements for services. It is our policy to provide all patients with quality care at reasonable fees.

All private insurance carriers, Medicare, and Medicaid are accepted. Rural Health also offers discounts based on the family income and size for those experiencing financial difficulties. Payment plans are available to help keep your credit in good standing. You will receive a statement each month with your

account balance for Rural Health services. At the end of each visit, you will be given a copy of the charges for that day’s services. Charges should be paid at that time, unless prior arrangements have been made. Co-pays are required to be paid at the time of the visit.

We strive to provide all of our patients with the best quality care possible and take great pride in the education, training, and capabilities of each staff member. If you have any questions about the services offered through Rural Health, Inc., please call us. No medical, dental, or psychiatry record or information will be released without the knowledge and consent of the patient. All patient information is kept confidential. Major trauma and pain should be seen at the local hospital emergency room. If there is any doubt about the extent of the emergency, call your doctor for his/her recommendation before coming to Rural Health, Inc. An answering service handles calls when the offices are closed and can be reached by calling our main number, 1-618-833-4471.
