Albany is a metropolitan community with a slow and steady way of life. Large enough to meet the “big city” needs of many, but with a small town feel. A community that cares about its citizens and a place where names and faces are not forgotten. You can find this same atmosphere within the Albany Area Primary Health Care family. Serving the Southwest Georgia community since 1979, AAPHC is a non-profit community health center with offices in Baker, Calhoun, Dooly, Dougherty, Lee, and Terrell Counties and is governed by a board of local citizens.

We provide care in the specialties of Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Podiatry as well as General Dentistry. Services are provided by highly trained professionals. Our offices are open to the general public, adults and children, regardless of residence, income or insurance coverage.

Albany Area Primary Health Care, Inc. develops partnerships with our patients in the context of family and community. As a community health center it is our goal to offer a broad range of primary care services.  We strive to provide comprehensive, coordinated, and continuous care to all who access our services.  AAPHC is proud that all qualifying clinical locations operated by AAPHC are recognized Patient Centered Medical Homes by the National Center for Quality Assurance. Come see what we have to offer!
