Our purpose is to treat people with an opioid dependency such as prescription pain medications or heroin, by providing in a caring atmosphere the services and information necessary to assist in their recovery. Our goal is to help you “take back your life.”

Addiction is a brain disease characterized by intense and, at times, uncontrollable drug craving and compulsive drug seeking and use---despite devastating consequences. Addiction disrupts many aspects of an individual’s life. New Horizons treats opiate dependent patients in an individualized manner to help them stop using drugs, maintain a drug-free lifestyle, and achieve productive functioning in the family, at work, and in society.

Recovery from addiction CAN and DOES happen!  Drug dependency, like any other addiction, (smoking, overeating, overspending, etc.) is a struggle.  Individuals in our clinic have an advantage.  They acknowledge their problem and have experts in the field to help them recover their lives.
