The Fulton County Oak Hill Child, Adolescent & Family Center has re-opened after undergoing an extensive renovation.  This state of the art "one-stop" facility is dedicated to providing high-quality and culturally competent behavioral health services to Fulton County youth aged 0 to 21 years old.  Our comprehensive services enable youth to achieve and maintain independence & stability, so they can be more productive within their families, schools and communities.

The 48,000 square foot integrated health facility focuses on reducing health disparities among children and youth with an emphasis on childhood asthma, childhood obesity, early literacy (reading by third grade) and social emotional health.  Download a brochure about services at Oak Hill.

In June 2010, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners approved a $5.4 million bond awarded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) to renovate the gated and secure 22-acre campus.  Contsruction renovation began March 2012 and was completed in December 2012. 

The Oak Hill Child, Adolescent & Family Integrated Care Center also will continue to provide behavioral health services.  Expanded programming includes primary health care, oral health care, an education center in collaboration with the Atlanta-Fulton Public Library System, youth workforce development, and a gymnasium and track.  Daycare services are available for clients use while attending appointments on campus.  The facility is located at 2805 Metropolitan Avenue, Atlanta, Georgia 30315.  The telephone number is (404) 612-4111.
