100 Years of Changing Lives

The year 2016 marks 100 years of changing lives for Rosecrance. We began our mission to bring help, hope and recovery in 1916 as an orphanage in the little town of New Milford, IL. Through the years our organization evolved to meet the needs of the community, now providing substance abuse and behavioral health services to over 32,000 families each year.

Rosecrance Champaign/Urbana Offices

Community Elements became part of Rosecrance in a merger July 1, 2016. The merger is expected to lead to an expansion of substance abuse treatment services and create an integrated behavioral health system of care in Champaign/Urbana.Learn more
