Cumberland Heights

Cumberland Heights in Hendersonville is a 12-step based outpatient alcohol & drug rehab program. Cumberland Heights’ Intensive Outpatient Program is designed for individuals age 18 and above who may be in the early stages of dependency or are experiencing problems with alcohol or drug use.

Addiction recovery is possible. It’s important to know that people just like you win their battles with addiction every day. Choosing to get help for alcohol and drug addiction takes great courage. In 2012, an estimated 23.1 million Americans over the age 12 needed treatment for drug addiction or alcoholism. However, only 10% of those suffering sought treatment for this disease. Cumberland Heights’ Intensive Outpatient Program in Sumner County is designed for people whose needs and schedules vary. A quality intensive outpatient drug and alcohol rehab program will be designed to treat the whole person, not just the addiction.

Orientation: 1 hour before group, first date of attendance.

1.Intensive Outpatient Services-Day and Evening Program; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 9:00 AM – Noon, OR Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

2.Family Program Thursday morning from 9:00 AM – noon Monday  evening 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

3. Adolescent ProgramMonday, Thursday, Friday 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM

4. Aftercare & 12-step Meetings at the Sumner Co. IOP Office Aftercare (Open) – Monday 6:00 PM 12 Step Meeting (Women Only) – Monday 7:00 PM, Tuesday 5:00 PM 12 Step Meeting (Open) – Tuesday 5:00 PM, Friday 5:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM, Sunday 4:00 PM 12 Step Meditation (Open) – Sunday 9:30 AM Alanon – Friday 6:00 PM Yoga – Saturday 8:45 AM

You may start group on any day, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday or Friday. We ask that you arrive at 8:00 AM or 5:00 PM so that you will have time to meet with your counselor. At that time, we will make sure we have all your paperwork in order and to direct you to your meeting room. Your orientation will be done first, then attend regular group meeting from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM
