MHSI is governed by a Board of Directors, a majority of whom are actual users of our services provided at the health centers. Our providers are highly qualified. Services are available for the care of all ages. Services are provided by physicians, family nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. A few services we offer are Physical Exams & Blood Pressure Monitoring.

Behavioral Health Services provides counseling for adults, teens, and children. Individual or group therapy sessions are available. Case, Mood, Anger, and Medication management are also available.

A benefits specialist is available to assist you with applications for, Badger Care Plus, Presumptive Eligibility (PE) for pregnant women, Food Share and Express Enrollment. Our specialist will provide education about all medical programs.

The WIC program provides supplemental food and nutrition information for pregnant mothers, breastfeeding women, infants, and children under the age of 5. We offer Nutrition Assessments, Nutrition Education, and more.
