RCA, Inc. is a private non-profit, 501 (c) (3), peer-led comprehensive health and recovery community-based organization.

It was founded in 1999 by concerned, committed and spiritually centered members of Metro-Atlanta’s 12-Step and faith-based addiction recovery communities.
