DeKalb Community Service Board is a public, nonprofit treatment provider of community-based behavioral health and developmental disability services located in DeKalb County, Georgia, in the Atlanta metropolitan area. We strive to provide the highest quality, evidence-based mental health, substance abuse and developmental disability services to more than 10,000 people annually.
